Why can the final offer differ from the online estimate?+
The online number is an estimate based on what you tell us. The final offer is confirmed after we physically inspect the device, battery health, hidden damage, third-party parts, or lock status can move the number up or down. We always explain any difference before you decide.
Do you check if the device is stolen or locked?+
Yes. We confirm the device is fully signed out (iCloud / Find My, Google / FRP) and verify ownership. iCloud-locked devices are an absolute no, and we do not buy telco-locked Android phones.
How long does the inspection take?+
Most inspections are completed within 15β30 minutes in-store. Courier inspections are done on the day we receive the device.
