Yes. Every device we resell was bought through our own buyback, which means it passed our 33-point inspection when it came in — screen, battery, cameras, biometrics, lock status, originality of parts, and IMEI check.
Can I see the device before buying?
Absolutely — walk in to our Sentul, KL store, inspect and test the device yourself, then decide. No pressure. You can also reserve a device via WhatsApp before coming.
Do you sell cheaper devices with known issues?
Yes — some of our stock has known faults (for example Face ID not working, or cosmetic damage) and is priced accordingly. The issue is always clearly stated before you buy, and you can test it yourself in-store. Great for budget buyers, spare phones, or kids’ devices. Warranty terms for these are confirmed per device.
