Frequently asked questions

Do you only buy AirPods that work perfectly?
We prefer fully working pairs (both buds working, case charging properly, battery still holding a usable charge). Pairs with minor cosmetic wear are fine. If one bud is faulty or the case is broken, message us first — we may still offer something, but the price will be much lower.
Do you buy AirPods without the original box?
Yes, the original box is not required. Having the box and original charging cable adds a small amount to the offer.
How do I unpair AirPods from my Apple ID?
On your iPhone, open Settings → Bluetooth → tap the (i) next to your AirPods → Forget This Device. If your AirPods are signed in to Find My, also remove them from Find My on iCloud before selling.
Do you buy fake or replica AirPods?
No. We only buy authentic Apple AirPods. We verify the serial number on the inside of the charging case during inspection.
My AirPods Pro have crackling sound. Do you still buy?
It depends. Some crackling issues on older AirPods Pro are covered under Apple's service programme — you may be better off claiming service first. Message us and we can advise.
