Frequently asked questions

Do you only buy AirPods that work?

Yes. We buy fully working pairs only: both buds working, the charging case present and charging properly, and the battery still holding a usable charge. Minor cosmetic wear is fine. If a bud is faulty, the case will not charge, or the charging case is missing, we cannot buy it, even if both buds are present.

Can I sell AirPods without the charging case?

No. The charging case is required, we cannot buy AirPods without it, even if both buds work perfectly. The case is a separate part from the box: the box is optional, the charging case is not.

Do you buy AirPods without the original box?

Yes, the original box is not required. The charging case is still required, but the outer retail box is optional and only adds a small amount to the offer.

How do I unpair AirPods from my Apple ID?

On your iPhone, open Settings → Bluetooth → tap the (i) next to your AirPods → Forget This Device. If your AirPods are signed in to Find My, also remove them from Find My on iCloud before selling.

Do you buy fake or replica AirPods?

No. We only buy authentic Apple AirPods. We verify the serial number on the inside of the charging case during inspection.

My AirPods Pro have crackling sound. Do you still buy?

A sound fault like crackling counts as not fully working, so we usually cannot buy them as-is. Some crackling on older AirPods Pro is covered under Apple's service programme, it is worth claiming that first; once they work properly, we can quote. Message us and we can advise.
