1. WhatsApp first
Send your device details for an estimated quote before you ship anything. We’ll confirm the device is something we buy.
2. Back up & reset
Back up your data, sign out of all accounts (iCloud / Find My, Google / FRP), and factory reset. Locked devices can’t be accepted.
3. Pack it safely
Wrap the device well, include any box/accessories you mentioned, and use a tracked courier. Keep your tracking number.
4. Inspection on arrival
We inspect the device the day it arrives and confirm the final, condition-based offer — explained clearly.
5. Instant payout
Once you accept, we pay immediately via DuitNow or bank transfer.
Before you ship
Make sure your device is backed up, signed out, and reset. We can't accept iCloud-locked devices or telco-locked Android phones, so clear those first. Our guides:

Yes. We accept courier-in devices from across Malaysia. WhatsApp us first for an estimate, then ship a tracked parcel. We inspect on arrival and pay via DuitNow or bank transfer once you accept.
What if the final offer is different after inspection?+
The estimate is based on what you tell us; the final offer is confirmed after physical inspection. If the device differs from the description (hidden damage, third-party parts, lock status), the offer may change — and we’ll explain exactly why before you decide.
Which courier should I use?+
Use any reputable tracked courier. Keep your tracking number and pack the device securely with padding. WhatsApp us if you’d like guidance on packaging.
Do I need to verify my identity?+
Yes. For safety and ownership verification, sellers may be asked to provide a valid MyKad, passport, or company document before the transaction is completed.
